We are a Nottingham-based company providing a range of design and marketing solutions for businesses in the East Midlands, and in Devon from our office in Kingskerswell. We provide a personal, friendly and approachable service and believe that the size of a business should not determine how important they are to the their suppliers, and are proud to cater for sole traders and small businesses as well as larger companies.
We don't like industry jargon any more than you do - we believe that just because something is technical and up to date it doesn't have to be incomprehensible! We aim to keep things clear and simple to help you to understand the services we provide, and we will be happy to explain anything you are unsure about.

Rob Haywood
Technical Manager
Rob founded Byteback Computers in 2009. He has more than 10 years of experience in Web Design and Internet Marketing and has worked in I.T. since 1998.
Technically minded and challenge driven, he loves to solve new problems and push technical boundaries.
He is a strong advocate of small businesses and enjoys using his expertise to help them sell themselves and punch above their weight. Whether you need help setting up your social media, or advice about how to get the most out of your existing website Rob will work with you to make the most out of your marketing efforts and ensure maximum return on investment.
Born in Nottingham, when Rob isn't working he loves to be outdoors and spends much of his free time making wine and running errands for his cat.
Catherine Archer-Wills
Creative Manager
Cat is a Devon-based designer and is responsible for the creative side of the business. She graduated from Falmouth University College in 2002 with a Ba(Hons) in Illustration, and spent 10 years as a freelance artist, graphic designer and illustrator before joining forces with Rob and becoming a partner in Byteback. Versatile and enthusiastic, she takes a genuine interest in every aspect of design work, and will happily discuss your requirements and do her utmost to give you a beautiful and effective solution.
She believes that, while a picture is worth a thousand words, a font, colour palette and layout can also speak volumes about your business, and will work with you to create the perfect result, whether you are starting from scratch with a whole new corporate identity, or simply need someone with an eye for detail to freshen up an existing design.
Originally from Sussex, Cat lives a few miles from Torquay. She comes from an artistic family and has always loved every aspect of art and design. When she isn't designing or painting she enjoys a quirky collection of hobbies ranging from morris dancing to making silver jewellery.
