Help 4 Heroes John O'Groats to Lands End.

Alistair Spencer and Darren Lunn both work for the Royal Navy and have pledged to cycle from John O'Groats to Lands End to raise money for Help 4 Heroes.

Alistair and Darren both work for the Royal Navy, and have pledged to cycle from John O'Groats to Lands End to raise money for Help 4 Heroes.

As members of our armed forces we have seen firsthand what great work Help 4 Heroes does in providing invaluable assistance to our wounded men and women.

Servicemen and women, injured in the line of duty, often have to wait for their kit to catch up with them, and sometimes, it has been destroyed in the incident in which they were hurt.
Help 4 Heroes now supplies a Hero Grab Bag and aims to provide one to every wounded serviceman and woman.

This is such a simple idea, but really makes a difference to those who receive one. Each bag contains a note from a school child, as well as, more practical items such as a shaving kit, clean underwear, writing paper and even a phone card.

Please dig deep people, these men and women risk their lives, and your donation could help finish the swimming pool and gym complex at Headingley Court, or pay for a Hero Grab Bag, or provide much needed support for our Heroes mental as well as physical wounds.

Thank-you to all of those who donate, and thank-you to all of those who have risked their lives for our country, and we sincerely hope, in some way, we can improve your quality of life.
